We rebuilt the account around a four-part funnel: TOF ads taught the science behind gut health with species-specific videos on microbiome support. MOF retargeting highlighted real transformations—better manure scores, shinier coats, and calm behavior—paired with vet quotes to build trust. BOF offered time-limited trial packs with frictionless checkout and an auto-subscription toggle. Finally, EXS campaigns re-engaged past buyers during peak reorder windows and launches. Each step gave Poseidon a clear view into ROI, churn risks, and where to scale next.
With a story-led funnel and LTV-focused ad structure in place, Poseidon saw trial pack sales surge—and more importantly, watched one-time buyers convert into loyal subscribers.
