Launching with no pixel data, no creative, and no existing audience in a highly competitive wellness market meant we had to build everything—strategy, assets, and differentiation—from the ground up.

There was no Meta conversion history, which meant the algorithm couldn’t find qualified buyers. On top of that, the ice-bath market was flooded with inflatable tubs and low-cost visuals that pushed down perceived value. We tackled this by seeding the pixel with fast-turn cold exposure content, then layered in product-story ads that emphasized build quality, design engineering, and recovery science. Our creative briefs focused on premium materials like fiberglass-acrylic shells, silent plug-in chillers, and lifetime durability—messaging that ultimately drove up CTR and built interest around the real benefits of going premium.
