We migrated Odin to Shopify for full pixel visibility and conversion data, then rebuilt the Meta account from scratch with a professional naming grid and clean campaign architecture. From there, we mapped a three-part funnel: TOF videos introduced the story of how ice baths helped the founder manage cystic fibrosis. MOF ads used time-lapse installs, expert reviews, and press credibility to build trust. BOF campaigns offered Messenger follow-ups and lead forms to capture qualified buyers—critical for $5K+ products. Rapid sprint cycles and protected test budgets kept performance sharp while scaling.
