With zero Meta conversion history on a high-ticket bedding product, early campaigns drew mostly low-intent clicks. Limited lookalike audiences forced us to broaden and qualify prospects through creative strategies. And without a layered TOF→MOF→BOF setup, Meta’s optimization remained stuck on clicks rather than purchases.
We kicked off by “cooking” the new pixel through rapid creative sprints—testing lean batches of static, video, and user-generated assets to trigger Meta’s learning algorithm. Simultaneously, we expanded audience pools with broad demographic seeds and layered in interest and behavior qualifiers to boost intent. Once the pixel gained traction, we built a structured funnel: top-of-funnel prospecting ads, middle-of-funnel engagement and social-proof formats, and bottom-of-funnel conversion campaigns with targeted offers. Throughout, we coached the Doze® team on naming conventions, creative-testing cadence, and real-time KPI dashboards to ensure sustainable, in-house expertise.
Over 11 months, our phased testing delivered 500%+ year-over-year revenue growth, fully built MOF/BOF flows, and a steady stream of fresh creatives.
