LocoLuxury had a strong product and reputation, but growth was capped by a few issues. Seasonal demand created uneven lead flow, so performance would drop during slower periods. The business was also relying heavily on Airbnb, which meant paying big fees and giving up control of the customer journey. At the same time, there weren’t enough consistent high-ticket direct leads coming in—especially for larger groups. Word-of-mouth worked, but it wasn’t something we could scale in a predictable way. On top of that, it was difficult to break into corporate retreats and event-based segments using “property-only” ads, since the real value is the full experience and planning.
So the goal wasn’t “run ads.” The goal was to build a clean, repeatable system: experience-led creative → pre-sell page → first-party lead capture → email channel → booked calls + inquiries. We started by fixing the foundation: tracking, events, and a clean Meta setup that’s Andromeda-friendly (so performance doesn’t fall apart once you scale). Then we built a new Campaign Arc that sells the full offer—not just villas—by showing what makes LocoLuxury different: the planning, the hosting, the concierge, and the “you just land & relax” experience. From there, we pushed traffic into a focused pre-sell page designed to qualify groups (dates, headcount, budget, vibe), capture first-party data, and sync it properly through CAPI. To increase opt-ins, we layered in a strong lead hook (like a free yacht-style offer) to pull people in during slower periods and build a list that can be reused anytime. Finally, we opened a second channel: email. Instead of losing leads who weren’t ready to book right away, we built a way to follow up, educate, and convert them later—especially during the off-season.
This partnership turned LocoLuxury from a “new account + messy setup” into a repeatable direct-lead system. Over the last year, CPL dropped by 10×, tracking became reliable, and the business built a stronger direct pipeline that doesn’t depend on Airbnb to survive.
A big reason this worked: the LocoLuxury team (Alexa, Nico, Alex, and Alex) made execution smooth—fast feedback, strong inputs, and willingness to reinvest into the right pieces (creative, funnel, and follow-up). The result is a system that can keep generating demand, even when seasonality tries to kill momentum.
Next partners.
